Before we recommend any solution, we listen.
That's smart. That's SmartBridge Partners.

SmartBridge Partners designs and delivers solutions that improve Business Management Software* used by SMBs in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Our customers are generally in distribution, light manufacturing and project delivery industries. Our solutions are based on Sage 100 ERP (formerly known as MAS 90 and 200), with Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM as an anchor, and we enhance them with a large range of complementary products and cloud services to deliver the best possible performance, with the ERP/CRM Integration needed to manage the entire business. Our customers run the range of smaller to larger operations, and some use only our Sage ERP solutions, and some only our Sage CRM solutions.

Our business philosophy toward our customers is straightforward. Weaving this technology in their business operations is something that takes time, and we want them to see a return on their investment before they add more technology. We know that the two biggest problems our customers have in making these solutions work is designing a solution which is practical for their unique situation, and then training their people to use it in a way which enriches their job and lowers their stress. That's what we strive to deliver.

We work on a fixed-price basis. Before we start a project our customers know exactly what we will deliver and what the price will be. This means that we spend a bit more time with our customers defining what they really want and need, but it pays off with better satisfaction when the solution is complete.

About The SmartBridge Partners

Jerry Norman and Chuck Peddy are the two principals in SmartBridge Partners. They have complementary education, training and experience to bring the most appropriate technology and business processes to apply to a customer's problem. The plus factor is that they know the details of implementing that solution, so it works exactly as planned, with a minimum of maintenance and support.

Jerry Norman

Jerry has engineering and MBA degrees (also a meteorology degree, but that's another story…), and he has worked in the high tech industry for nearly 30 years. He was a key member of the marketing and operations staff at a Fortune 500 technology division, and later became the VP of Sales & Marketing at a successful computer hardware startup. He was the then COO at a software startup which he led to a successful cash out. He understands firsthand the pressures of smaller businesses and the advantage that they can achieve when they have the right operations information at the right time. He has been consulting in the Sage CRM (SalesLogix) area since 1997 and in the Sage ERP arena since 2003.

Chuck Peddy

Chuck has spent nearly 30 years consulting with firms using Sage 100 ERP (MAS 900 or the software formerly known as Great Plains. He has an Accounting degree, was a licensed CPA for many years, and worked for Arthur Anderson before leaving to develop an accounting technology practice. He has two decades of experience with manufacturing, distribution and oil field services operations in the central Gulf Coast. He understands the challenges that companies face in getting employees to embrace new ways of doing things, and is expert at simplifying the challenges of capturing and processing employee time and payroll data, adapting old-style firms to needs of evolving markets.

Jerry and Chuck set the tone for others in SmartBridge: technical excellence applied to the realities of people who want to get real work done for real world companies.
